Our Luck

STINKS!

We were close to having the house sold.  There was a very interested buyer - she was looking for an investment property.  Perfect!  We can sell her the house and then rent it back from her until we move in to our new home.  But.....she decided not to invest in a rental property.  Crap!  Just our luck.

And....my tooth broke.  We have been trying to save money for our Texas trip and to pay off the Jeep early or to use to pay on this house.  We are driving to Texas for Thanksgiving and we need as much as we possibly can get for this trip.  Plus, I've been saving money to either pay off the Jeep or to use if we have to put some money down on this house - our salesman told us that we will qualify for both houses if we don't have the Jeep payment.  So...if we can't sell this house then we have to have the Jeep paid off.  Well, I want the Jeep paid off anyway.

So of course my tooth breaks.  It doesn't matter how much care I take with my teeth, they are falling apart.  Lovely.  Now I can expect another huge dental bill to take away from what we have saved up.

Our salesman made a comment about our income and that it shouldn't be a problem for us to pay off our Jeep early.  Hello!  He doesn't know our luck - that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we get to a point where things will be a bit easier for us, something big happens to set us back.

I should have known that with our new home something like this would happen!
