We are getting closer!

I couldn't wait until tonight to post this.  I haven't been able to concentrate at work because I've been a nervous wreck.

We had our house inspection and there wasn't anything major on the list so we are one step closer to signing.  We should be closing on January 11 and will hopefully be able to rent our house back until we move into our new home.  Which is tentatively scheduled to be finished January 28. 

If they aren't done on the 28th or sooner - I will be CRANKY!
